Returns & Refunds
Due to safety and hygiene regulations for edible items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@pawplus.care. We’ll evaluate your case and do our best to make it right-either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available ONLY for damaged or incorrect items.
Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
After evaluating your request, we’ll guide you through the exchange process on a case-by-case basis. - Transaction Failures
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, you should automatically receive a refund within 4-7 business days, or the timeframe specified by your payment provider.
If you don’t receive your refund within that period, please reach out to us with your payment details and we’ll investigate promptly.
